First of all, the Agile Methodology and its two most used working methods: Scrum and Kanban; frameworks from which Jira is based and offers a series of templates and workflow options.

Then we saw how to create a project from scratch and how to manage it from basic concepts and configurations applied to its use, such as Sprints, Workflow, Issues, Estimates, Roadmap, Epics and more.

Closing the seminar, we saw how to configure and customize the Issues used according to the needs and preferences of the team; and the configurations that Jira offers to the projects as automation processes, agile solutions for a personalized management of the project and the connection with external applications to Jira to streamline the execution process.
